Warranty Coverage
Luxe Collection — 12 Months
(Sterling silver with lab-grown CVD diamonds)
Your Luxe pieces are protected for one full year against manufacturing defects, including:
- Loose stones
- Setting issues
- Faulty clasps
- Premature tarnish or coating issues
Everyday Edit — 6 Months
(Silver, rhodium, or 14K gold–plated brass)
Your Everyday Edit pieces are covered for six months for:
- Plating defects
- Clasp issues
- Manufacturing faults
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, tarnish from regular use)
- Water, perfume, lotion, sweat, or chemical exposure
- Accidental damage or bending
- Lost or stolen items
- Third-party repairs or alterations
How to Request Warranty Service
Email care@kaalyth.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo/video of the issue
If your piece is covered, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
If the same style is unavailable, we’ll offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep your Kaalyth pieces radiant for years with simple daily care.
General Care
- Keep jewelry away from moisture, perfume, and lotions.
- Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Store your pieces separately in a dry place — ideally in the Kaalyth pouch.
- Wipe gently after each wear with a soft cloth.
Sterling Silver (Luxe Collection)
- Silver naturally oxidizes; polish gently to restore shine.
- Anti-tarnish coating protects your piece, but care still prolongs its life.
Plated Jewelry (Everyday Edit)
- Avoid rubbing or friction against other surfaces.
- Allow perfumes/lotions to fully dry before wearing.
- Store separately to prevent plating wear.
